If, for any reason, you want to manipulate with the Call Recordings on your system, they are located at the following location:
/opt/pbxware/pw/var/spool/asterisk/monitor/
If system you are running is a Multi Tenant edition, "monitor" folder will have sub-folders for each tenant that is presented on the system.
For example:
/opt/pbxware/pw/var/spool/asterisk/monitor/200
where 200 is number of tenant that is presented on the system.
All call recordings will have the same name as is the Unique ID of the CDR they are associated with, so locating them among many in above folder(s) should be easy if you find the Unique ID in the CDRs menu in the PBXware GUI.
