General:: Call Recording Test Cases

NOTES:
- The default value for Record Silent is No, meaning that If Recording is Enabled, but all options for 
Record Silent are "Not Set", the "Recorded" message will be played.
- If the Record Calls option on DID is set to Yes, the call will be recorded regardless of the options below. 
If Record Calls on DID is set to No, then the rules shown here will be applied.

NOTES:
- The default value for Record Silent is No, meaning that If Recording is Enabled, but all options for 
Record Silent are "Not Set", the "Recorded" message will be played.
- In the case of EXT to EXT calls, it will always be checked first whether either of these two extensions has
the Record Silent option set to Yes or No.
For example: EXT1 has the Record Silent option set to Yes and EXT2 has the Record Silent option Not Set
In this case, the call will be silently recorded either way. 
In case Record Silent is set to Yes on EXT1 and set to No on EXT2, an option from the caller will be applied. 
If option Record Silent is Not Set on both extensions then the Tenant option will be applied. 
Record calls option always has an advantage, which means if EXT1 has the Record Calls option 
set to Yes and EXT2 set to No, either way, the call will be recorded.
