Pause Call Recording
For PBXware systems - Contact Center edition, there is a way to pause/unpause call recording during the call, using access codes:
- default access code to pause recording: *90
- default access code to unpause recording: *91
NOTE: This feature is expected to be available on the Multi-Tenant edition soon.
Pause Call Recording on applications
Once the call recording is started for a call, the indicator on the ongoing call screen is visible, showing that the recording is active.
Users are also able to pause/unpause and stop the recording.
