CLIR (Command Line Interface Report) is used to display PBXware debug information.


In order to get a CLIR for a call:

  • Login to the system administration.

  • Navigate to Reports -> CDR.



  • Select a call by clicking on the corresponding checkbox.

  • Click on the CLIR Report button.



CLIR Report window will open on the right side.



CLIR Report for Linked IDs - CDRs can now be filtered by 2 different types of IDs.


  • Filtering by using Unique ID which was shown above.

  • Filtering by using Linked ID. When filtering CDR reports by using Linked ID you will get additional information and reports that were linked to that call. In case the call was forwarded it will show the reports for all calls linked to it as well as the call recording on the initial call.



In order to get a CLIR for a Linked ID call:


  • Navigate to Reports -> CDR.

  • Select a call by clicking on the corresponding checkbox.

  • Select Linked ID in the upper right corner by clicking on ID #




  • Click on search and you will get all the calls linked to this ID.




  • Select a call by clicking on the corresponding checkbox.

  • Click on the CLIR Report button.
