In case the customer had issues with remote storage and wants to restart the process and have all files re-uploaded from the start you need to do the following,
- Reset Archiving Storage counter in the database.
- Check and remove any Remote Recordings from pbxware.cdr_remote_recordings.
Example:
Customer is using Google Drive and offloads data on it, then decides to use Dropbox or a different Google Drive and wants to offload the same data again.
In order to accomplish that the following steps have to be taken:
1. Reset the archiving storage counter by using the following queries:
Contact Center
/opt/pbxware/sh/mysql UPDATE pbxware.remote_fs SET val = 0 where name = 'last_acct_id';
Multi-Tenant
/opt/pbxware/sh/mysql UPDATE pbxware.remote_fs SET val = 0 where name = 'last_acct_id' and tenant = 'xxx';
2. Check and remove any Remote Recordings from the pbxware.cdr_remote_recordings table by using the following queries:
SELECT * FROM pbxware.cdr_remote_recordings; DELETE FROM pbxware.cdr_remote_recordings;
Manually starting the Archiving process.
In order to manually start the archiving process use the following query:
For all tenants:
curl http://127.0.0.1:8190/run/all
For a specific tenant:
curl http://127.0.0.1:8190/run/XXX
Where XXX would be the tenant number
Note:
In case the CDRs from the database were already archived it will not be possible to offload them.
In order to offload that data it would be required to re-import the CSV file.
