Queues :: Recording Queue Calls

HOWTO Recording Queue Calls

  1. Login to the system administration.
  2. Navigate to Contact centre tab -> 'Queues' .
  3. Click on the 'Edit' button corresponding to the queue of your choice.
  4. Navigate down to 'Recording' section.
  5. Set the 'Record Queue Calls' value to 'Yes' .
  6. Click on 'Save' .
