If you are having issues with PNS disabled on Dashboard but you find that PNS service is running and all MySQL passwords are OK, then you should do the following:
Check if there are ari-dial.pid and ari-dial.mon.pid in
/opt/pbxware/pw/var/run
If those are in that folder, stop ari-dial with the command:
/opt/pbxware/sh/pbxware stop ari-dial
delete ari-dial.pid and ari-dial.mon.pid from
/opt/pbxware/pw/run
and then start ari-dial:
/opt/pbxware/sh/pbxware start ari-dial
