In case you have an issue with contacts not being saved properly in asterisk ( not being shown even tho they are shown as registered under Monitor page)
ssh to this pbxware
asterisk -rx 'database show'
If it returns 0 results , this could mean asterisk db corruption, to resolve,
cat /dev/null > pw/var/lib/asterisk/astdb.sqlite3
asterisk -rx 'restart now'
