How To Change Transport Protocol on gloCOM

gloCOM Desktop

To change transport protocol on the gloCOM Desktop application, one should navigate on the path below:

• Tools --> Preferences --> Phone --> Advanced

Once there, please make sure to un-check this box --> "Use settings from server (recommended)"

Only once this has been done, use would be able to select different transport protocol (UDP, TCP, TLS).

gloCOM Mobile

For gloCOM Go application this is not configurable at the moment. Protocol used will be as same as the one set on the PBXware.
