SSH into your PBXware and enter the Asterisk sounds folder, create a folder named tenant-default, and change its owner:
cd /opt/pbxware/pw/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/ mkdir tenant-default chown 555:555 tenant-default
Once the folder is created you have to upload the sound file you would like to use as your new default MoH when creating a new tenant.
Please note, the file must be named default and it must be in .gsm format.
NOTE: You can use PBXware Sound Wizard Converter in local mode to convert your sound file to .gsm format. Once done, use the preferred way of uploading the file to upload it to your PBXware.
Once the file is converted to .gsm upload it to created tenant-default folder:
/opt/pbxware/pw/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/tenant-default/
Once the file is uploaded to the designated folder you must also change the file owner and permissions for it:
Enter tenant-default folder:
cd /opt/pbxware/pw/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/tenant-default/
Change ownership of uploaded default.gsm file:
chown 555:555 default.gsm
Change the mod of uploaded default.gsm file:
chmod 644 default.gsm
Once this is completed every tenant created afterward should have your new MoH file used as default MoH.
