When you see this error in TELCOware's Setup Wizard (when you want to update TELCOware):

rsync: server sent "HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request" rather than greeting
rsync error: error starting client-server protocol (code 5) at main.c(164 [Receiver=3.1.2]
[Receiver] _exit_cleanup(code=5, file=main.c, line=164: about to call exit(5)
You need to ssh to TELCOware VPS and edit these files:
/home/servers/telcoware/httpd/sh/update /home/servers/telcoware/sm/sh/update
You will see this line (in both files)
HOST="pw-updates.bicomsystems.com:80"
Make sure that you change the port from 80 to 873.
Save the changes and try to update TELCOware again.
