In case customer is having issue with transcription not being sent and you see this messages in php.log:
[22-Jul-2019 21:53:42 US/Pacific] [vm-sendmail-17080] Voicemail insufficient confidence score, ignoring transcription.
[22-Jul-2019 21:53:42 US/Pacific] [vm-sendmail-17080] Voicemail empty transcription message.
[22-Jul-2019 21:54:40 US/Pacific] [vm-sendmail-17096] Voicemail insufficient confidence score, ignoring transcription.
[22-Jul-2019 21:54:40 US/Pacific] [vm-sendmail-17096] Voicemail empty transcription message.
You should disable confidence score and to disable it please navigate to
nano /opt/pbxware/pw/etc/pbxware/pbxware.ini
and set confidence score to no:
transcription_confidence=no
Removing the line or setting the value to yes will re enable the default behavior.
