In case customer does not want to have outlook sync enabled on glocom you can disable this per tenant or system wide, please check below,
/opt/pbxware/sh/mysql -e 'insert into pbxware.config (name,value) values('glocom_outlook_sync','0') This disables contact sync, to re-enable , set value to 1
Above can be done per tenant also, basically just change DB from pbxware to pbxware_XXX where XXX is tenant number.
There is also the possibility of limiting how many contacts would be synced, this is below entry,
glocom_contacts_limit = N , where N is the number you wish to set, it is also inserted into the same table.
