To increase the SIP log level in the gloCOM/Communicator application, you would need to navigate to Tools -> Preferences -> General -> Diagnostic Logs section.
You can turn on or off diagnostic logs by checking the box next to it. When turned on, gloCOM will store all logs on your computer/machine. You can specify how much data/information you want to store by editing SIP logging levels. By default, the SIP level is set at 3.
Depending on the situation you can choose between 1 to 10 levels where Level 1 would store the least amount of information and Level 10 would store all information.
