HOW TO :: Reset IP/MAC address
If a customer wants to reset the MAC/IP address for a specific license, it is possible to do so independently, without contacting the Support team.
To reset the MAC/IP address, the customer needs to log in to the Bicom Portal and navigate to the Licenses section -> Edit particular License.
By clicking on the license 'code' link, detailed information about the selected license can be seen.
By clicking the 'RESET MAC/IP ADDRESS' button and confirming it, the saved MAC address and last valid IP address will be reset. Please note that the number of remaining resets will be decremented by 1 upon successful reset.
NOTE: If you are unable to see the mentioned option on your portal, please contact your Account Manager regarding it.
