For a better user experience and ease of use, you can setup and enable SRV lookup for your domain so when, for example, johndoe@example.com attempts to log in without specifying a login server in the app, a SRV lookup will be done for the root domain (in this case, example.com) and the app properly pointed to your PBXware instance.
Let's say that you are the owner of example.com and have pbx.example.com pointed to your PBXware instance.
You would need to add a SRV record with the following parameters to make it work:
Once that has been done, the last step is to enable 'gloCOM Use DNS SRV Lookup' on your PBXware instance.
That can be done on the following path:
MT - Master Tenant --> Settings --> Tenants --> Master Tenant,
CC - Settings --> Servers --> Edit.
