HOWTO Wake-up Calls

Description: This feature can be used to schedule a Wake-Up Call. There are two options provided, Enhanced Services - Wake-Up Call and Enhanced Services - Operator Wake-Up Call.

  • Wake-Up Call
*411 - dial this access code to set up a wake-up call for your extension and set your preferred time for the wake-up call. Once triggered and the user picks up the call, they can choose to cancel the wake-up call or snooze for 5,10 or 15 minutes.
  • Operator Wake-Up Call
*412 - the operator will dial this code and then enter the extension number to set up the wake-up call for it.


NOTE: This feature needs to be enabled in the license, please contact your account manager or Bicom sales.
