Queues :: How to login/logout/pause Agent via deskphone

Open PBXware GUI and section Settings ---> Access Codes ---> Agents.


Observe access codes for 'Agent Callback Login / Logout' and 'Agent Pause' fields. By default, access code '*203' is set for 'Agent Callback Login / Logout' and access code '*204' for 'Agent Pause'.


To login an agent via deskphone, dial *203 and then enter agent number, ending with #.
If PIN is required by agent configuration, enter PIN, ending with #.
If agent is not bind to an extension, enter the number of extension, from which you are dialing from, ending with #.
Agent is logged in.


To pause an agent dial *204 and then enter agent number, ending with #.
If PIN is required by agent configuration, enter PIN, ending with #.
Enter 'Pause Reasons' code, ending with #.
Agent is paused.


To unpause an agent dial *204 and then enter agent number, ending with #.
If PIN is required by agent configuration, enter PIN, ending with #.
Agent is unpaused.


To logout an agent via deskphone, dial *203 and then enter agent number, ending with #.
If PIN is required by agent configuration, enter PIN, ending with #.
Agent is logged out.
