Description: HOWTO Display a Caller ID from the initial caller when doing the attendant transfer

In order to display a Caller ID from the initial caller, a user has to navigate to ‘Tenant' → 'Extensions' → the 'Caller ID' section and set the options as follows:

• Trust Remote-Party-ID: ‘Yes’
• Send Remote-Party-ID: ‘Use Remote-Party-ID’

NOTE: If a call is being transferred outside PBXware (an outbound call), these options need to be set on the used Trunk as well.

Further, a user should log into the phone’s GUI and set the following option:

• Caller ID Source: 'RPID-PAI-FROM'

For example, if using Yealink, the following option can be found when navigating to 'Account' → 'Advanced' → 'Caller ID Source'.
