The voice message sound file can be attached to a voice message notification email. This allows you to check your voice inbox from your computer by checking your email address.
To enable attaching of voice messages to notification emails:
- Log in to the system administration.
- Edit your 'Extension'.
- Under the 'Voicemail' group there is an 'Attach' option.
- Select 'Yes' and click the 'Save' button.
