Please note that if the routing mode is changed from Simple Routing to E.164, the destination settings on extensions will be reset and, by default, will no longer be permitted. As a result, the destination configurations will need to be manually reconfigured.
E.164 format is a general format for international telephone numbers. When dialing, use the following format:
[+] [country code] [subscriber number including area code]
Please note that E.164 numbers can have a maximum of fifteen digits.
First check if PBXware is set into E.164 routing mode:
Master Tenant ---> Settings ---> Tenants (edit master tenant) ---> General Settings (section) ---> Routing mode (field) ---> set 'E.164 routing' ---> Save.
Make sure tenant locality settings are set correctly:
Master Tenant ---> Settings ---> Tenants (edit tenant in question) ---> Locality (section) ---> set Country; Area code; National dialing code; International dialing code (fields) ---> Save.
